Return Policy

The return policy is only applicable when the material is purchased through the SteelonClick online platform and our suppliers have dispatched the material.

1. We will not accept returns if the material has already been delivered to your address.
2. We maintain a supply of superior-quality material throughout our platform, with an inspection team inspecting material before dispatching to prevent quality issues. Yet, a problem with the quality will be resolved, as mentioned below:
3. • Returns are only possible if the delivered items don't match the ordered items. To initiate a return, the customer must ensure that the returned items are in the same condition as those delivered. 4. • Quality issues: A change in the colour of the material won't be considered a quality problem. Therefore, no action will be taken on this account. However, if the items delivered are rusty or fail the test in the laboratory, a complaint could be raised. Delivered material would be replaced at our expense in such cases.
