Cancellation Policy

The Cancellation policy only applies when the material is purchased through the SteelonClick online platform.

Customers can cancel their orders before the material is Dispatched. In such cases, We will refund the buyer the entire booking amount. Any requests made after the shipment would be denied, and the customer would be responsible for all the additional shipping costs.

Kindly note that we might be unable to accept specific orders and might cancel them due to technical reasons. This is to inform you that SteelonClick has all the rights to refuse or cancel your order at its sole discretion without providing any valid reason. We will contact you beforehand in case of any full or partial cancellation of your order. Moreover, We will refund the booking amount in the event of a complete cancellation of your order.
