CIDCO to develop International Corporate Park in Kharghar
In the second phase of the development work, CIDCO will work on the strategy and infrastructural design of the park.The administration intends to construct several complexes catering to different commercial sectors.The ICP is proposed to be developed on an area measuring 140 hectares.3 crore has been floated to construct a compound wall through the entire area where the corporate park is proposed to come up.The plan is to develop a business hub similar to the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) for which CIDCO has carved out a total of 155 hectares of land within Kharghar.

These systems are likely to become a significant asset for the Indian Navy and the Coast Guard.Marine equipment supplier, Maritronics India is planning to foray into specialised equipment manufacturing for the defence sector.Currently, the company is in the process of setting up its own manufacturing facility in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and is expected to start production in the next one year.The integrated communication and navigation systems are expected to be manufactured locally within a year.The firm has signed an initial pact with Goa Shipyard (GSL) to jointly develop automation equipment for marine vessels for the domestic defence market.

Rail Vikas Nigam secures work order from MGVCL
As the project progresses, the scheme seeks to improve the distribution infrastructure in Vadodara.The estimated cost of the projects is Rs 322 crore, and the contract is expected to be carried out in 31 months.The turnkey contract involves designing, supplying, and installing work under the revamped reforms-based and results-linked distribution sector scheme (RDSS).Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) has received a letter of acceptance (LoA) from Madhya Gujarat Vij Company (MGVCL) for the development of distribution infrastructure work for loss reduction at Vadodara, Gujarat.
